Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for storytelling through visuals. The role will focus primarily on designing compelling and high-converting YouTube thumbnails, along with visual assets for social media and digital campaigns. You'll collaborate with the content, marketing, and video production teams to translate educational and career-focused themes into visually impactful creatives that drive clicks and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails optimized for CTR and brand consistency.
• Develop and maintain visual identity across digital platforms.
• Work closely with video editors, content creators, and marketing leads to understand themes and tone.
• Create visuals for social media posts, ads, website banners, and other digital materials when required.
• Stay updated with YouTube trends, visual storytelling styles, and audience behavior.
• Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining design quality and originality.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional design experience (YouTube, social media, or content-first brands preferred).
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to design for clickability and audience engagement.
• Strong sense of composition, typography, and color psychology.
• Prior experience in education, edtech, or media content is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
