Digital Brand Designer (Visual + Motion + AI)

We're looking for someone to design the visual identity of India's fastest-growing property management brand. Your work will live on Instagram, LinkedIn, performance ads, and landing pages and it needs to stop scrolls and drive conversions.

What you'll actually do

Most of your day (70%) is designing social content and performance ads. Instagram carousels, LinkedIn posts, display ads, email headers, landing page visuals. You're balancing aesthetic quality with conversion optimization—not just making pretty things.

About 20% of your time goes to video editing. Reels, testimonials, product demos. Clean cuts, strong pacing, motion graphics that support the story without cluttering it. You'll use Premiere Pro and After Effects.

The remaining 10%? Prototyping landing pages and UI elements in Figma for campaign microsites. You'll hand these off to our product designer for refinement, but you need to understand interaction design and conversion principles.

You'll be part of a 3-person brand design team. We work directly with 1 performance marketer, 1 social media manager, and our Head of Marketing. Expect daily feedback on campaign performance and weekly creative planning sessions. We ship fast and iterate based on data—craft matters, but so does velocity.

The AI piece: We encourage (but don't require) experimenting with AI tools if they speed up your process. Some designers here already use AI for rapid concepting and testing asset variations. If you're curious about AI-augmented workflows, you'll have collaborators. If you prefer working the traditional way, that's fine too. Results matter more than methods.

The work breakdown

● 10-15 social/digital assets weekly — Instagram carousels, LinkedIn posts, display ads, email banners. Follow brand guidelines while testing new visual directions.

● 3-5 short videos monthly — Reels, testimonials, product explainers with motion graphics and sound design optimized for platform algorithms and retention.

● 3-5 landing page prototypes per quarter — Focus on conversion-driven layouts, visual hierarchy, mobile-first design.

● AI exploration — Use tools to generate concepts faster, test visual variations, automate repetitive tasks. You maintain quality control through manual refinement.

● Brand consistency across 50+ touchpoints — Social, web, email, offline collateral. Evolve the visual system based on performance data and audience feedback.

● Weekly creative reviews — Collaborate with marketing and product teams. Defend your design decisions. Iterate based on CTR, engagement, conversions.

● Quarterly competitive audits — Analyze design trends in rental, real estate, and adjacent categories. Keep our brand ahead of generic market aesthetics.

What we need from you

Must-haves

3-4 years designing digital-first brand content. Social media, digital ads, web visuals. Not print-focused.

Strong portfolio showing craft AND range. Brand identity work, social campaigns, and at least 2-3 video/motion projects (reels, explainers, animated assets).

Adobe Creative Suite proficiency . Advanced in Photoshop and Illustrator. Intermediate in After Effects (motion graphics) and Premiere Pro (video editing).

Working knowledge of Figma. Prototype simple landing pages, design marketing web pages, collaborate with product designers. You don't need to be a product design expert, but you need UI basics.

Experience with AI design tools. Hands-on use of tools like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Ideogram, or similar for concept generation, asset creation, or workflow acceleration. Show us examples in your portfolio.

Who does well here

You're a visual storyteller first, tool operator second. You understand composition, color theory, typography. You make aesthetic decisions that serve business goals, not just personal taste.

You're comfortable shipping fast . We iterate based on performance data, not endless internal critique. 80% excellent output in 2 days beats 100% perfect output in 2 weeks.

You see AI as a creative multiplier. Midjourney and Runway help you explore 10 directions in an hour. But they don't replace design judgment—you refine AI output with a trained eye.

You thrive in ambiguity. Campaign briefs are often "drive signups for X product among Y audience" with loose creative direction. You ask smart questions, propose visual approaches, and execute without hand-holding.

You need to send us:

1. Portfolio (PDF or web link) Include:

● Brand/social content projects showing range (carousels, ads, posters, digital campaigns)

● Video/motion projects (reels, explainers, motion graphics)—include links, not just thumbnails

● UI/landing page prototypes (even if rough—we want to see your understanding of conversion design)

● AI-assisted work examples—show us prompts, raw AI outputs, and your refinement process. This is critical.

● For each project: brief context (goal, constraints, your role, outcome if measurable)

2. Resume/CV Standard format.

Include links to Instagram/Behance/Dribbble if you're active there.

3. Cover note (optional but recommended)

3-5 sentences on:

● One design project you're proud of and why

● How you're currently using AI tools in your workflow

● Why Nestaway/Nestr or real estate interests you
