Pixelrio is a fast-growing digital marketing agency. We work with brands to create visually compelling stories that stand out in the digital world. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media, ads, websites, and branding projects.
• Collaborate with the content, video, and motion graphics teams to produce high-quality visuals.
• Develop layout designs, thumbnails, posters, banners, brochures, and other marketing assets.
• Work with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visuals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts for campaigns.
• Edit and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in design, digital marketing, and visual communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to take creative direction and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.

Additional Preferences

• Experience working in marketing agencies or fast-paced design environments.
• Understanding of modern design aesthetics and social media trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Salary

• ₹12,000 per month during the 1-month probation period
• ₹17,000 per month after probation (based on performance)
