Hilary Rhoda Cosmetics is expanding its creative division and invites applications from experienced and aesthetically driven Graphic Designers with a strong command over beauty branding, premium design language, and digital visual communication.We are seeking individuals who can think strategically in design, understand luxury beauty tonality, and translate ideas into commercially impactful, visually compelling assets.

Position Overview

✔ Role: Graphic Designer

✔ Experience: 2–4 Years (Beauty/Cosmetics industry experience highly preferred)

✔ Location: Sector 58, Gurugram

✔ Work Mode: On-Site

✔ Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Core Responsibilities

✔ Develop high-quality creatives for D2C & Marketplace platforms

✔ Design Amazon A+ Content & PDP layouts with a storytelling approach

✔ Ensure accurate product swatches match for PDPs

✔ Design Social Media Ads, Posts, Stories & Carousel formats

✔ Produce Website Banners, Landing Page Graphics & Category Assets

✔ Build Mailers, WhatsApp Creatives & Promotional Beauty Assets Candidate Requirements

✔ Degree/Diploma from reputed design institutes (e.g., Arena Animation, NIFT, Pearl Academy, AND Academy, IElevate, MAAC) – preferred

✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating beauty, cosmetics or skincare-based designs

✔ Expertise in color theory, typography, grid systems & premium visual composition

✔ Ability to deliver clean, modern & brand-aligned beauty visuals

✔ Proficient in both Mac & Windows environmentsTools & Software Expertise

✔ Adobe Photoshop | Adobe Illustrator | AI-based Creative Tools | After Effects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.57 - ₹50,000.02 per month
