PFTP (Professional Freelancing Training Program) is a government-endorsed initiative focused on empowering youth by equipping them with in-demand freelancing and tech skills.

The program offers national-level certifications in fields such as graphic design, web development, digital marketing, Amazon VA, and more. OneApp

Training is delivered through online and onsite formats.

PFTP also provides scholarships, internships, and mentorship, helping students not just learn but also apply their skills in real-world settings.

The program is closely aligned with the government’s objective of reducing unemployment by enabling young people to earn through freelancing.

Responsibilities:

Design creative digital and print graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, training materials, and branding.

Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual assets tailored to different project needs.

Collaborate with PFTP’s marketing and training teams to produce cohesive and brand-aligned designs.

Assist in basic UX/UI tasks: create wireframes or mockups in Figma when required.

Edit and retouch images, ensuring visual quality and consistency in all assets.

Meet project deadlines and adapt to feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software.

Basic or working knowledge of UX/UI concepts (at least ~15% familiarity).

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Good organizational skills and ability to balance multiple design tasks.

Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
