Graphic Designer

We seek a creative and motivated Designer to join our school’s communications team. The Designer will create visual content for print and digital media that reflects the school’s brand identity. The role involves collaborating with faculty, administration, and students to produce high-quality materials that promote the school's values, programs, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging and cohesive graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, and social media content for the institution.
• Develop branding and promotional materials for school events, programs, and campaigns.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to the school’s visual guidelines and brand identity.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand design needs and deliver projects in a timely manner.
• Manage and update the school’s website design and ensure that it is user-friendly and visually appealing.
• Create and edit video content for school promotions, events, and educational purposes.
• Work on presentation materials for staff, administrators, and external partners.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, especially in educational materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of video editing software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and other design principles.
• Experience in web design and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
