Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Designer based in Payyannur, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media, developing innovative branding materials, and collaborating with teams to align designs with marketing strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing design ideas, creating graphics, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The role requires active participation in brainstorming sessions and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, and Visual Branding
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of Typography, Color Theory, and Composition principles
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate design concepts and work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with digital design trends and social media marketing strategies
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web-based design (preferred but not mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
