Graphic Designer

Experience

• 0-2 years of professional graphic design experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, packaging, email templates, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that meet business goals and enhance brand identity.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience creating designs for both print and digital platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital and print production processes.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.
• A portfolio showcasing design work across various platforms (print, digital, branding, etc.) is required.

Work Environment

• This is an in-office position based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
