Designer Job Description:

Position: Designer
Experience: Minimum 3 years in graphic or web design

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various digital and print mediums.
Develop and design marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and promotional materials.

Web Design: Design and maintain visually compelling and user-friendly websites.
Collaborate with web developers to ensure design concepts are implemented effectively.

Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity.
Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all platforms.

Creative Conceptualization: Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual communication.
Translate conceptual ideas into visual designs.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to understand design requirements and objectives.
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with web design tools and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficient in design software and tools.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
