The Graphic Designer will be working as support to the marketing team in the development of visual solutions to the communication needed for the MHAO Group brands, including the creation of visual concepts and applications for corporate and marketing material in adherence with respective brands' guidelines, as well as photography and photo editing requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities- Create visual concepts, layouts, illustrations, and logos for marketing and corporate materials.
- Determine appropriate size, layout, and typography for visual materials.
- Source, edit, and retouch images to suit required applications.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing and adhere to brand and project guidelines.
- Review and finalize designs, correcting errors before submission for approval.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external print offices to ensure quality and timely production.
- Conduct product, event, and project photo shoots as required.
- Collaborate with design agencies and internal marketing team members to execute creative projects.
Managerial Responsibilities- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and design agencies to ensure consistent quality and timely project delivery.
- Provide creative input and guidance to junior designers, interns, or freelancers involved in design-related projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain organized project files, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility for future use.
Organizational Responsibilities- Uphold and promote the company's brand identity across all communication materials.
- Support marketing and corporate initiatives by providing timely and high-quality creative outputs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, confidentiality standards, and brand communication protocols.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative recommendations to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Continuously improve design skills and technical knowledge to add value to the organization's visual communications.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Bachelor degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
- Any certificate related to graphic design would be an advantage
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in videography, photography, and visual design including image/video editing and typography.
