Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and skilled in translating ideas into engaging designs across digital and print media. You will be working on a variety of projects, from branding, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, to packaging and event designs.

Key Responsibilities

* Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms (social media, web, ads, etc.) and print materials (posters, brochures, banners, etc.)

* Design brand assets including logos, identity systems, packaging, and merchandise.

* Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

* Adapt and roll out approved concepts across various touchpoints while maintaining design consistency.

* Work on pre-press and print-ready files when needed.

* Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

* Basic knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

* Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creative flair.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

* Understanding of social media design formats and requirements.

* Basic understanding of UI/UX and motion graphics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

* 1-2 years of relevant work experience (agency or freelance background is welcome).

* A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills

* Knowledge of other tools like Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva, or After Effects.

* Experience in branding or packaging design.

* Photography and image editing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
