Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in Canva to join our design and marketing team. The ideal candidate will create compelling visual content for both digital and print media that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. If you have an eye for design, love working with templates, and can turn concepts into visually appealing graphics quickly, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics, social media posts, presentations, banners, flyers, and marketing materials using Canva.
• Create branded templates for internal teams and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to develop visuals that enhance communication and engagement.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, etc.).
• Update and repurpose existing designs for new content needs or seasonal campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Canva (Pro features, templates, brand kits, etc.).
• Basic understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing Canva-based design work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of additional tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma is a plus.
• Experience creating content for social media, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Basic animation or video editing knowledge (Canva animations, short reels, etc.) is a bonus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
