Graphic Designer

Crystal Quest is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our digital content, marketing materials, and product packaging. This role creates graphics for our website, social media, print materials, and packaging while also helping operate our in-house printing equipment for labels and manuals.

Job Responsibilities

• Design graphics for website banners, social media, ads, and digital content
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, product sheets, and internal documents
• Design product packaging, labels, inserts, and instruction sheets
• Operate and maintain our large-format label/manual printer (training provided)
• Ensure accurate printing, color consistency, and correct sizing for labels and manuals
• Retouch and edit product photos as needed
• Keep project files, design templates, and assets organized
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure a consistent look and quality across all materials

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio with digital and/or packaging work
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience preparing files for print production
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
