SUMMARY:
The Marketing Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content across various platforms, including photography, videography, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Microsoft 365, along with a keen eye for detail and a flair for storytelling.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops, shoots, and edits high-quality photography and videography content for use across social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Creates visually appealing graphics and layouts for promotional materials, including posters, flyers, and digital ads.

Works closely with the Marketing team to create content that aligns with Casino Pauma's branding and messaging.

Crafts narratives that resonate with our audience, showcasing unique aspects of our casino, events, and promotions.

Assists in managing Casino Pauma’s social media accounts by creating engaging posts, stories, and videos that promote events and drive engagement.

Monitors social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies to maximize reach and impact.

Forms and maintains effective partnerships across organizational boundaries to share information, develop messaging and content for Casino Pauma’s various business units.

Demonstrates a clear bias for action and a sense of urgency on priorities, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.

Produces timely and accurate work projects.

Analyzes content performance metrics on social media and other platforms to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Tracks trends in content creation and marketing to ensure Casino Pauma’s content remains relevant and engaging.

Finds new ways to expand the guest base through engaging content.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Two (2) years of experience in content creation, graphic design or digital marketing. Equivalent combination of education and progressive, relevant and direct experience may be considered in lieu of requirements indicated.

Experience in utilizing the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to create and edit visual content.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for project documentation and reporting.
- Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practices preferred.

Must demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively with demonstrated ability to organize their work in a setting with frequent and rapid priority and assignment changes and additions coming from multiple sources.

Familiarity with Social Media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Proficiency in photography techniques and videography equipment is highly preferred.
EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent, required.

Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design is highly preferred.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

This role will require frequent movement throughout the property.

The person in this role frequently communicates with others that may have questions, they must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Must be able to detect items that are travelling from a distance or in close proximity.

Constantly operates a computer and camera/video equipment.

Work is typically performed in a climate-controlled environment but occasionally will be exposed to outside elements during special events, these include but are not limited to weather and climate conditions.

May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
