Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing materials including banners, flyers, posters, social media creatives, brochures, and promotional content.
- Create digital assets for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and produce creative concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and communication materials.
- Edit and retouch product images for online and offline use.
- Coordinate with printing vendors for production of print materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Support in-store branding requirements such as standees, danglers, flex banners, and signage designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1–3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.
- Strong creativity, visual imagination, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail or e-commerce industry.
- Basic knowledge of video editing/motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an added advantage.
