Finance Buddha is one of India’s leading fintech platforms, helping customers make informed financial decisions. We simplify access to personal loans, business loans, and gold loans by connecting users with top banks and NBFCs.

Our design team is expanding, and we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to shape how people see and experience our brand across digital channels.

Role Overview:

You’ll be part of the core marketing/product design team, responsible for creating visually engaging designs that drive performance across social media, paid ads, product pages, and videos.

You’ll work closely with our marketing managers, product managers, content writers, and video editors to translate ideas into impactful visual stories for our fintech audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design high-quality graphics for digital marketing ads, YouTube thumbnails, Instagram posts, and landing pages.
2. Create consistent and modern visual identities across campaigns and products.
3. Collaborate with content and product teams to translate financial topics into simple, visually appealing creatives.
4. Develop infographics, illustrations, and visual templates for marketing and digital assets (website, landing pages, etc.).
5. Support motion graphic concepts and campaign banners.
6. Maintain brand consistency and build a cohesive design library.
7. Stay updated with fintech and design trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and marketing design work.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (optional).
3. Good understanding of layout, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy.
4. Experience designing ads and creatives for paid marketing campaigns
5. Basic understanding of motion graphics or willingness to learn tools like After Effects / CapCut / Premiere Pro for short-form content.
6. Attention to detail, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving.

Good-to-Have:

1. Experience in fintech, BFSI, or start-up marketing environments.
2. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles or website creative development.
3. Familiarity with video editing or 3D design tools (optional).
