Graphic Designer – Feng Cha

Location: Richardson, TX

We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring the Feng Cha brand to life across digital, social, and in-store channels.

Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will create visual assets that support national marketing campaigns, product launches, digital content, franchise requests, and overall brand identity. This role requires a strong sense of design, understanding of Feng Cha aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into fresh, culturally relevant visuals.

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Social Media Manager to ensure brand consistency across every platform and touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand & Visual Development
  • Maintain and evolve the Feng Cha brand identity through cohesive design systems.
  • Create visually compelling assets for product launches, campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Contribute to creative direction by presenting visuals, concepts, and mood boards.

Digital Content & Social Media Support:

  • Produce graphics, layouts, motion graphics, and templates for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create content that resonates with Gen Z and young-millennial audiences.
  • Design thumbnails, short animations, and digital ads as needed.

Print & In-Store Design:

  • Design menus, posters, signage, packaging, and other in-store materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production.
  • Support franchisees with compliant, on-brand assets for regional/local marketing needs.

Creative Collaboration & Execution:

  • Participate in brainstorms and creative planning meetings.
  • Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines.
  • Keep up with design trends, beverage industry aesthetics, and emerging cultural visuals.

Qualifications
Required:

  • 2–4 years of graphic design experience (F&B, CPG, lifestyle, or retail strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, social media design, and digital content.
  • Ability to adapt design styles — playful, clean, premium, bold — depending on the project.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Capable of working onsite for shoots, meetings, and store visits.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with franchise or multi-location brands.
  • Motion graphics skills (CapCut, After Effects, or similar).
  • Basic photography or content styling skills.
  • Familiarity with print production and vendor communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
