Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, banners, and product sheets.
- Create digital assets for social media, website, email marketing, and online advertisements.
- Produce product photography, editing, and visual enhancements.
- Support internal departments with design requirements for sales promotions, HR events, offers, and notices.
- Plan, create, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage social media advertising (boosting and paid campaigns) within approved budgets.
- Ensure updated digital presence for product categories, new arrivals, offers, and events.
- Assist Sales and Branch Managers with promotional materials for campaigns and events.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, and showroom branding activities.
- Design internal communication materials for HR (events, celebrations, achievements).
- Maintain and update marketing archives (logos, templates, photos, videos).
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of social media tools: Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and SEO basics.
- Creativity and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Professional attitude, discipline, and timely delivery.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or digital marketing.
- Experience in the retail, trading, or building materials industry is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and digital content skills.
