Seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house BrandStudio. The ideal candidate will deliver creative design solutions and support for global content and regional go-to-market teams, including campaign adaptation and versioning for digital and print assets. Proficiency in video editing and hands-on experience with AI-driven design tools and workflows are essential. Familiarity with emerging AI applications in creative production—such as generative design, image enhancement, and automation—is highly valued. Strong copywriting skills are a plus. This role reports to the Global Brand and Creative team and focuses on producing high-quality, high-volume, brand-compliant assets for internal and consumer-facing communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce custom-sized graphics, presentations, and layouts for print and digital use, adapting global campaigns to local markets.
- Develop short-form videos, animated content, and motion graphics to support marketing, training, and internal communications.
- Leverage AI-driven design tools and workflows to enhance creative production efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate on creative copy development for campaigns and marketing assets, ensuring messaging aligns with visual design.
- Work with intake management tools and stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful visual solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with short lead times and quick turnarounds.
- Confidently provide creative input and technical expertise to justify creative choices and optimize production for simple, bespoke, or complex requests.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices, especially in video and multimedia production.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a graphic designer in an in-house or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating custom and non-standard design solutions, including video and multimedia work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD, Adobe Firefly) and Figma.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative design platforms, image enhancement software, automation workflows).
- Experience with video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
- Broad understanding of visual communication principles across various formats.
- Proficient communication skills in English; copywriting experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience working with global brands a plus.
