- Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design & Branding
- Develop premium visual creatives that reflect brand identity and luxury standards.
2. Digital & Social Media Creatives
- Prepare graphics for social media posts, stories, reels, and ads (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Design creative visuals for website, e-commerce listings, blogs, and online promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing team to design performance-driven ad creatives.
3. Jewellery-Specific Design Work
- Photo editing, retouching, colour correction, background removal, and enhancement of jewellery images.
- Ensure high clarity and premium finish for gold, diamond, platinum, silver, and gemstone jewellery photos.
- Work with photographers to maintain visual style guidelines.
4. Print Production & Store Visuals
- Design catalogues, brochures, price cards, lookbooks, in-store branding, and promotional material.
- Coordinate with printing vendors for high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Prepare files in print-ready formats and manage colour accuracy.
5. Campaign & Concept Development
- Conceptualize festive campaigns (Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali, Wedding Season, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
- Create theme-based visuals and storytelling concepts for product launches.
- Work closely with marketing team to plan campaign aesthetics.
6. Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Preferred)
- Create short promotional videos, animations, and motion graphics for reels and ads.
- Edit jewellery model shoots and product showcase videos.
7. Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate with store teams, merchandisers, photographers, and management for design requirements.
- Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines during peak seasons.
- Maintain design archives and ensure consistent branding across all mediums.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and basic Premiere Pro / After Effects.
- Exceptional skills in jewellery photo editing and luxury design aesthetics.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent visual sense.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality designs quickly.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Design marketing materials for in-store and online platforms—posters, banners, signage, danglers, standees, lightbox visuals.
- Create branding elements for new collections, festive launches, and events.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in jewellery, fashion, luxury, or retail industry.
- Portfolio showcasing jewellery-related design work is a strong advantage.
