Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1+ years of professional experience in designing engaging visual content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong command over tools like Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and basic video editing software to create short promotional videos (Reels/Shorts).

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality flyers, banners, social media posts, ad creatives, and promotional graphics.
• Create short video content (30 sec – 1 min) including Reels, Shorts, and other digital formats.
• Understand client requirements and project briefs to deliver visually compelling output aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize creative ideas.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Adapt and repurpose existing creatives to various dimensions/platform requirements.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, social media visual styles, and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Canva
• Strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
• Basic to intermediate video editing for social media–oriented content
• Creativity and strong visual communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to take client feedback positively and make necessary revisions

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Experience in designing for healthcare, retail, fashion, corporate, or service industries (optional)
• Knowledge of motion graphics/animation tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
