About the Role
The Creekside Hotel is seeking a talented and creative
Graphic Designer
to bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and capable of developing strong brand visuals that enhance guest engagement and support marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Design

Develop high-quality visual assets that reflect the hotel’s brand identity and positioning.

Design marketing collateral including brochures, menus, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.

Create digital content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, and online advertisements.

Ensure consistency of branding across all touchpoints.
Digital & Social Media Content

Develop engaging visual content (static, animated, and video formats) to support the hotel’s social media strategy.

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

Produce reels, short videos, and motion graphics as required.
Photography & Videography Support

Assist with on-site photo and video shoots for events, F&B promotions, rooms, and hotel experiences.

Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure high-quality output.
Collaboration & Project Management

Work cross-functionally with F&B, Rooms, Events, and Sales to support their design needs.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Liaise with external agencies, printers, and production vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of design experience, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or agency environments.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, branding, digital content, and design versatility.

Photography and video editing skills are a strong advantage.

Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
