We are looking for a well-rounded, self-driven, fast-learning Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist who is enthusiastic, reliable, organised, and takes initiative. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, works well both independently and as part of a team, and is eager to grow with the company while staying up to date with relevant tools, technologies, and platforms.
A full-spectrum creative role involving branding, print, digital content, photography, videography, presentations, website updates, and targeted digital marketing. The candidate should be able to handle projects from concept to final delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Design branding, print materials, publications, and marketing assets
· Create digital content, including still and motion graphics
· Produce and manage content for social media and digital marketing platforms
· Plan, execute, and optimise targeted ads and promotional campaigns on Meta platforms
· Prepare creative presentations for internal and client use
· Capture and edit basic photography and videography when needed
· Manage and update website content (preferably Webflow or similar)
· Research and develop new creative concepts and visual strategies
· Use AI platforms to enhance design output and workflow
· Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
· Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro , and freehand sketching
· Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
· Ability to communicate creative concepts clearly
· Competent in photography and video editing
· Experience managing Meta ads (Business Manager), including targeting, optimisation, and analytics
· Good knowledge of website editing tools (Webflow preferred)
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
· Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
· Artistic sensibility and understanding of varied design styles
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
· Minimum 4 years of professional experience
· Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing design and digital marketing work
· Proven reliability, adaptability, and ownership of tasks
