Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at Adridge Media, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually engaging content for a wide range of media, including digital, print, and branding projects. You will collaborate with the creative team to bring ideas to life and deliver designs that communicate effectively with audiences while adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements. If you are passionate about design, have a flair for creativity, and are experienced in using industry-standard design software, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Visual Designs:
• Develop concepts for marketing materials, social media, web visuals, ads, and presentations.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
• Work with the Creative Head, Social Media Managers, Web Developers, and Digital Marketers to meet design requirements and project goals.
• Design Assets:
• Produce a variety of designs (social media posters, brochures, logos, etc.).
• Multitask & Meet Deadlines:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Organize Design Assets:
• Keep design files and assets well-organized for future use.
• Maintain Brand Consistency:
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Stay Updated on Trends:
• Keep up with design trends, techniques, and industry standards for innovative work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including branding, digital content, print design, and more.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of additional design tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
