About the Role

We need a visual storyteller who can turn ideas into eye-catching creatives.

Your designs should make people go — "Wow, who made this?"

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories
• Create high-click thumbnails
• Design banners, posters & marketing assets
• Build brand visuals & maintain consistency
• Create presentations & pitch decks
• Design for digital + print when needed
• Collaborate on campaigns & creatives
• Turn briefs into beautiful visuals — fast & clean

Skills Required

• Must-Have Skills
• Adobe Photoshop (Expert)
• Adobe Illustrator (Strong)
• Figma / Canva Pro
• Typography & color theory understanding
• Strong layout/composition sense
• Awareness of social media design trends

Nice-to-Have

• Basic motion graphics (After Effects)
• UI/UX fundamentals
• Branding & identity design
• Photography/retouching
• Illustration

• Obsessed with aesthetics
• Detail-oriented
• Understands what works on IG, LinkedIn & Socials

Experience

• 1-3 years preferred
• OR a portfolio strong enough to speak for you
• Degree? Not necessary.
• Skills & creativity > certificates
