Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301
Compensation: Up to 25K
Joining: Within 15 days of selection

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and design visual content for social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop designs for social media posts, event creatives, banners, posters, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Assist in creating newsletters, infographics, brochures, and other print and digital collaterals.
• Edit images, adjust layouts, and prepare final files for printing or online publishing.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Support website updates by designing and updating banners, graphics, and visual elements.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, material delivery, and other design-related requirements.
• Maintain records of designs, print materials, event creatives, and communication assets.
• Support documentation of events, conferences, seminars, and other activities for reporting and annual publications.

Writing and Communication Work

• Assist in creating content for reports, case studies, success stories, and other communication materials.
• Support branding and communication requirements for presentations, project decks, and internal/external materials.
• Assist in drafting content for social media, blogs, and website updates when required.
• Help in preparing applications for awards and recognitions in coordination with senior authorities.
• Support proposal writing, grant documents, and communication briefs as assigned.

Any other work assigned by the reporting manager.Minimum Qualification, Knowledge & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and basic communication practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, or Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience in an NGO or development organization will be desirable.
