Job description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Graphic Designer & Content Creator to support our marketing and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement through innovative design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging designs for social media, marketing materials, presentations, and web content.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and communication teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
• Maintain consistent branding across all visuals and platforms.
• Edit and design videos, reels, and creative assets for digital campaigns when required.
• Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.
• Produce high-quality content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and blogs.
• Plan and execute creative campaigns aligned with the brand’s goals and communication strategy.
• Work with cross-functional teams—design, marketing, and video—to create content in various formats, including images, videos, reels, carousels, and infographics.
• Conduct industry research to generate fresh content ideas and stay relevant.
• Manage and maintain posting schedules across platforms to ensure consistency and audience engagement.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices and social media analytics.
• Stay updated with digital trends, hashtags, platform algorithms, and emerging creative formats.
• Assist in scripting and coordinating video shoots when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva, etc.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media trends, and content optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (Required)
• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
