Designation: Graphic Designer

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Create engaging video content optimized for various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Edit and repurpose existing video content to meet the requirements of each social media platform.

Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and other visual elements.

Stay updated on social media trends, features, and best practices to maximize video content reach.

Brainstorm creative concepts for social media video campaigns with internal stakeholders.

Optimize videos for different aspect ratios, resolutions, and viewing experiences across devices.

Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media video content and make data-driven recommendations.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social media video content.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a Video Editor or Social Media Content Creator, focusing on social media video content.

Proficiency in video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Audition.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and engaging social media video content.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, audiences, and content trends.

Storyboarding skills are an added advantage.

Strong storytelling abilities and the capacity to convey complex ideas concisely through video.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively in a team.

Experience with motion graphics, animation, or graphic design is a plus.
