About the Role:

We’re seeking a Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in creating impactful visual designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be skilled in producing ad creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, and proposal designs that reflect brand identity and campaign objectives.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure design consistency and support ongoing campaigns through engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design ad creatives for Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
• Create presentations, banners, standees, and other promotional materials.
• Develop proposal and pitch deck designs for client submissions.
• Refine and enhance AI-generated designs to align with Centangle’s visual standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver design assets for campaigns.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Support internal teams with design touch-ups or basic UI/UX layout drafts when needed (UI/UX not a primary focus).
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in a professional graphic design role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating design versatility and creative ability.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout composition.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing.
• Exposure to marketing or advertising design workflows.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
