About the Role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will create compelling visual content across digital and print media while maintaining brand consistency and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, brochures, presentations, packaging, and marketing collateral
• Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook including static posts, carousels, and stories
• Design infographics, illustrations, icons, and other visual assets to support marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate briefs into creative solutions
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and landing pages (basic UI/UX)

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and print work

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Knowledge of print production processes and file formats
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut) is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Open to feedback and adaptable to changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beauty/skincare, FMCG, e-commerce, or similar industries
• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Photography or illustration skills
