We need Graphic Designer to produce visual communications that support the brand identity and business development efforts of a global professional services network. This role is responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand materials for audit, tax, and advisory services across digital and print mediums. The position reports to the Marketing Manager or Communications Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing and business development materials, including presentations, proposals, brochures, reports, infographics, and event collateral.
  • Create digital assets for the website, social media channels, email campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Translate complex financial and advisory service information into clear, professional, and visually engaging layouts and graphics.
  • Ensure all visual outputs adhere strictly to the global Forvis Mazars brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all markets and service lines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, meeting established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and service line professionals to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Prepare final print-ready and web-optimized files according to technical specifications.
  • Maintain and organize a digital library of graphic assets, templates, and photography.
  • Provide design support for internal initiatives and corporate events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a professional services (legal, accounting, consulting), corporate, or agency environment.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in corporate identity, layout, typography, and data visualization (infographics).
  • Excellent understanding of print production processes and digital design standards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with basic HTML/CSS, WordPress, or video editing is a plus.
  • A portfolio is required for application consideration.
