Job Overview: At GTF Technologies, we merge creativity, technology, and strategy to deliver impactful digital solutions for brands across diverse industries. We are currently seeking a passionate Graphic Designer with a strong background in branding and a sharp eye for digital innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs that elevate our clients’ brands.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong emphasis on branding. A portfolio showcasing brand identities and digital projects is required.
• Design Expertise: Solid experience in logo design, brand identity kits, brochures, packaging, and print/digital marketing materials.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AI-powered tools like MidJourney and Adobe Firefly.
• Creativity & Detail Orientation: Strong conceptual thinking and artistic abilities with a sharp eye for design details.
• Adaptability & Teamwork: Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and articulate design ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branding & Identity Design: Create brand identities, including logos, brand guidelines, brochures, packaging, and marketing collateral that reflect unique brand narratives.
• Digital & Social Media Design: Design engaging visuals for digital campaigns, websites, and social media platforms while ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• AI-Powered Design Innovation: Utilize tools like MidJourney and Adobe Firefly to streamline design workflows and produce cutting-edge artwork.
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to align visuals with brand positioning and campaign goals.
• Trend Awareness: Stay on top of current design trends, branding best practices, and AI advancements to keep our creative output modern and impactful.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and uncompromised quality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
