Job Summary:

Hybrid Eco Sports Field Works LLC is a premium supplier of luxury hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and bath tubs across the UAE. With a commitment to quality, aesthetics, and wellness, we offer high-end spa solutions tailored to residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, photography, videography, content creation, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in using modern design tools (Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Corel Draw), AI-based content creation tools, and should have a strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:
• Develop visually compelling designs for both digital and print media including brochures, flyers, banners, catalogs, packaging, presentations, and more.
• Design eye-catching social media posts, online advertisements, emailers, and website graphics.
• Regularly update and maintain the company website, product price lists, and brand collateral.
• Content Production:
• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for product promotions, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, events, and more.
• Handle end-to-end video editing and photo retouching using industry-standard tools.
• Manage and update the company’s social media pages and assist in digital campaign execution.
• Content Creation & AI Use:
• Leverage AI tools for enhancing content creation, ideation, and productivity.
• Assist in crafting compelling visual narratives and brand messages aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
• Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to design campaigns, promotions, and branding material.
• Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and content creation.
• Proficient in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Figma, Corel Draw, and other design platforms
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing.
• Knowledge of AI tools used in content creation and productivity.
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand guidelines, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
