Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring fresh, eye-catching visuals to life for social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools, and curiosity to integrate AI-based creative tools into their workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to develop visually cohesive campaigns.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Ideogram, etc. to enhance design ideas, create prompts, and streamline creative processes.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and assets.
• Adapt visuals for various formats — static posts, carousels, stories, and short videos.
• Stay updated on social media trends, design aesthetics, and AI-powered creative innovations.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and Figma.
• Familiarity with basic AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Ideogram, and other creative AIs.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color balance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to ideation and execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of relevant design experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media work and creative versatility.
• Enthusiasm to experiment with AI tools and emerging design tech.
• Team player with great communication and time management skills.
