Position Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience, preferably with strong exposure in website design, digital creatives, and branding. The ideal candidate should have a strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing graphics and layouts.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams, while working on exciting client and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality website layouts, landing pages, and digital design assets.
• Design graphics for web experiences, including icons, illustrations, banners, and UI elements.
• Work collaboratively with UI/UX and development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Develop engaging creatives for social media, branding, and marketing collaterals.
• Prepare visual concepts, mood boards, and design explorations based on briefs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic or Digital Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website designs, digital graphics, and branding projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as:
• Figma
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• (Bonus) Adobe XD, After Effects
• Strong understanding of web layout principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with illustration, iconography, or motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Webflow or other website builders (added advantage).
