Job Description:

We are looking for a creative Offset Printing Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, offset printing, and product packaging design.

Responsibilities:

Design packaging materials (boxes, labels, etc.).Ensure designs are print-ready for offset printing.Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Maintain branding consistency.Stay updated with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead the design and development of packaging solutions for *mono cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated boxes, and **paper bags, focusing on **offset printing*.-

Expertise in creating and working with *Keyline Drawings (KLD)*, ensuring that designs align with the structural and functional integrity of packaging formats.-

Oversee the *pre-press process, ensuring proper **margins, bleed, color separations*, and layout accuracy for print readiness.-

Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure all designs meet *technical specifications* for *offset printing* and are optimized for production.-

Manage the *post-press process, ensuring high-quality finishing techniques like **UV drip-off, foiling, embossing*, and other specialty finishes are achieved.

Prepare *print-ready files* using software like *CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop*.

Ensure strict *quality control* throughout the production process, focusing on accurate color reproduction, sharpness, and layout precision.

Handle multiple design projects at once, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design quality.

Stay updated on the latest trends in *packaging design* and printing technology, incorporating new innovations into the design process.

Work from the Office in Jhajjhar, maintaining close communication with the production and management teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 Years Experience in offset printing and packaging design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
