Position Overview

We are on the hunt for a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating visually stunning designs and is ready to make a significant impact on brand ROI through their work. As a crucial member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, switch between different mediums, and constantly evolve your creative direction to meet the fast-paced demands of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling visual designs across various digital and print mediums.
• Collaborate closely with the team during brainstorming sessions and creative flows, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously through our project portal, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating new techniques and tools to enhance your work and the agency’s offerings.
• Actively participate in the creative process, from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with client objectives and agency standards.
• Be ready to push the boundaries of creative thought as we are a more artistic agency compared to most.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere, and 3D editing software is highly desirable.
• An ability to adapt to new creative directions and switch between various projects and mediums seamlessly.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently through our project management portal.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• A readiness to embrace AI and other emerging technologies as tools to enhance creative output.
• Must be able to commute to our office located in Troy, MI, 4 days a week, with Fridays being optional remote workdays.

$43,000 - $48,000 starting salary
