Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create visually compelling designs that enhance our digital products, brand identity, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and software interfaces.
• Develop engaging marketing collateral such as social media creatives, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, and email templates.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create user-centric design elements and visual assets.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communication.
• Work with development teams to hand off design assets and ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging technologies to improve the company’s visual identity.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually appealing graphics.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,481.26 - ₹40,705.56 per month
