Graphic Designer

Our company is growing fast, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and accountable team member for our Part-Time Graphic Designer position who thrives in a fast paced environment. Graphic Designers are required to pick up multiple orders a day, edit photos, and design products within daily deadlines. This job requires the ability to multitask effectively to be able to handle the fast-paced nature. We are passionate about what we do here, and are looking for new team members that are committed to providing customers with important and meaningful products. Salary for this position is $16 an hour. The following shifts are available:

Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 am– 5:00 pm

Monday through Wednesday, 12:00 pm– 8:00 pm

Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 am– 5:00 pm

Wednesday through Friday, 8:00 am– 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Adobe Suite Proficiency, most notably InDesign and Photoshop
• Create brochures, booklets, fans, and many more products on a daily basis and within deadlines
• Work on multiple projects each day while constantly re-prioritizing orders
• Maintain a steady flow of fast-paced workflow throughout the work day
• Edit, color correct, brighten, and crop photos for printing
• Take and make changes from customers through email, phone, or from a customer service rep as needed
• Format text for programs
• Check in text boxes into InCopy for our Quality Assurance team
• Scan hard copy material including pictures and handwritten material
• Type handwritten material when needed
• Communicate effectively through email, Microsoft Teams, phone, and orally
• Create backgrounds for our products
• Perform cursory proofreading and check all pages for accuracy and quality
• Work on special projects given by managers
• Be self-sufficient and work without supervision
• Anything else as needed as we are a quickly growing company and always evolving!

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of PC operating systems.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be detail oriented, and a multi-tasker.
• High producer.
