Job Description:

Simplified Academy looking for a Creative, Fast-Thinking & Detail-Oriented Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into attractive visuals for our brand, students and social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, creativity and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube thumbnails)
• Branding materials (banners, posters, brochures)
• Video editing for reels/shorts (basic – if possible)
• Creating visually appealing layouts for courses
• Working with the marketing team to deliver consistent brand visuals
• Delivering designs on time with quality
• Understanding design briefs and maintaining brand guidelines

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Figma (optional)
• Basic Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut – optional)
• Strong sense of typography, color, spacing and creativity

Must Have

• Minimum 6 months real experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showing your work
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Good communication & teamwork skills
