Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with experience in the Real Estate industry to create visually compelling designs for property marketing. The candidate will be responsible for both on-site photography and digital content creation for social media and branding purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visual content for real estate projects, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, hoardings, and website creatives.
• Visit real estate project sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, construction progress, amenities, and surroundings.
• Edit and enhance site images and videos for use on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create promotional content for property launches, walk-throughs, offers, and campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for campaign planning and content requirements.
• Adapt and resize designs for multiple platforms and ad formats.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media algorithms, and tools.
• Organize and maintain a digital asset library of site photos, videos, and creatives.

Key Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience in photography and basic videography using mobile or camera.
• Ability to visit project sites regularly for real-time content creation.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (preferred).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design, photography, and social media content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
