Experience & Portfolio

3–5+ years of experience as a Digital Designer / Performance Creative Designer (agency or in-house).

Strong portfolio of
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
, display banners, and digital campaigns with clear performance results (CTR, leads, conversions, etc.).

Proven experience creating
ad creatives for real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands
(UAE/GCC market experience is a strong plus).
Technical Skills

Advanced skills in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro/After Effects for basic motion is a plus).

Experience designing for
Meta placements
: Feed, Stories, Reels, Carousels, Collection ads, etc.

Comfortable creating
multiple versions/variations
of creatives for A/B testing (different hooks, layouts, formats).

Understanding of
performance marketing metrics
: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.

Ability to work closely with the marketing team to
translate performance data into new creative angles

Experience with
AI design tools
(Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) is a plus for fast concepting and visual exploration.

Required Education or Certification
Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Advertising, or a related field
