Experience & Portfolio

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Digital Designer / Performance Creative Designer (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads , display banners, and digital campaigns with clear performance results (CTR, leads, conversions, etc.).
  • Proven experience creating ad creatives for real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands (UAE/GCC market experience is a strong plus).

Technical Skills

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro/After Effects for basic motion is a plus).
  • Experience designing for Meta placements : Feed, Stories, Reels, Carousels, Collection ads, etc.
  • Comfortable creating multiple versions/variations of creatives for A/B testing (different hooks, layouts, formats).
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics : CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.
  • Ability to work closely with the marketing team to translate performance data into new creative angles .
  • Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) is a plus for fast concepting and visual exploration.

Concept & Copy Sense

  • Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color for high-end brands.
  • Ability to think in hooks and ideas , not just design – can suggest headlines, taglines, and angles for ads.
  • Understanding of how to design for conversion , not just aesthetics.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Ability to handle tight timelines , multiple projects, and last-minute changes.
  • Comfortable working closely with Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams and accepting feedback.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to bring new creative ideas to every campaign.


Required Education or Certification

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Advertising, or a related field .
  • OR a strong portfolio and proven experience in performance-driven digital ads may be considered in place of formal degree.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have, Not Mandatory)

  • Meta / Facebook Blueprint certifications (especially related to creative strategy or media buying).
  • Any Google Ads / Digital Marketing certifications .
  • Short courses or certifications in Performance Marketing , Digital Advertising , or UI/UX for Marketing .
