AdPro 360 is a full-service marketing firm located in Colorado Springs. Founded in 2012, AdPro 360 works with a wide variety of clients locally, regionally and nationally. Current clients include Phil Long Enterprise, Colorado State Fair, New Mexico State Fair, Pikes Peak State College, and UCHealth Next Chapter, among many others. AdPro provides in-house research, strategy, account services, media, digital, creative, website design, public relations and audio and video production. WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

AdPro 360 is seeking a skilled and organized Graphic Designer to enhance our thriving creative department. In this role, you'll collaborate with an established graphics team to design and produce a wide array of content, including print and digital ads, web design, outdoor media, and collateral. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will directly support both the Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer, welcoming coaching and direction. You'll work both collaboratively and independently, meeting tight deadlines while delivering high-quality projects such as direct mail, brochures, email marketing, and social media graphics. This position allows for direct communication with clients, offering opportunities to contribute to creative strategy and brand identity implementation.

As you stay updated on design trends and best practices, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' brands are visually represented with excellence and innovation.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

To excel as a Graphic Designer at AdPro 360, candidates must possess a diverse skill set and robust design experience. A minimum of 5 years in digital and print design is essential, along with advanced proficiency in Adobe CC, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required, supported by a portfolio showcasing digital, print, and web projects. Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of design principles, typography, and production techniques and will be adept at organizing their time and multitasking effectively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as is the ability to collaborate creatively with team members and engage with clients for presentations and ongoing projects. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite will also be beneficial in managing workflows. This position thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment that values innovative and clean design.

Work Environment/Equipment:

• Flexible, hybrid position; work from home two days a week; in Colorado Springs office the remaining three days; no relocation expense provided
• Medium-sized office environment
• Mac laptop with software will be provided
