Position Description:
Purpose:
The Graphic Designer will support brand, marketing, clothing, and operations teams by creating visually compelling assets across digital, print, apparel, and product design. This role is ideal for a designer with strong foundational skills who wants hands-on experience, ownership of projects, and exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Duties And Responsibilities

Design and produce creative assets for digital and print channels, including apparel graphics, social media graphics, email visuals, signage, flyers, presentations, and internal materials

Support apparel and product design initiatives, including concept development, mockups, and production-ready files

Organize and maintain a structured digital asset library, ensuring files are properly labeled and archived

Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs and platforms

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support campaigns, promotions, and initiatives

Coordinate with print vendors or production partners to ensure accurate output and quality control.

Prepare, package, and deliver accurate files for print and digital production

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Receive, interpret, and apply feedback efficiently to refine designs

Contribute fresh ideas and participate in creative brainstorming to elevate brand presence

Promote retail performance by coaching Team Players on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and sales execution.
Required Qualifications
-
1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design

Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, creativity, and versatility
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)

Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with apparel, merchandise, or product design

Familiarity with Figma

Experience designing social media and digital marketing campaigns
