About the role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining packaging and other printed materials across the client’s product portfolio, in addition to creating and maintaining documentation related to print specifications, as needed. They will collaborate closely with our Labeling, UX, Product, and Regulatory teams to create design solutions that are beautiful, functional, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create designs for new cartons, booklets, and other printed materials
  • Maintain and update existing design assets
  • Ensure that the client's brand guidelines and design standards are consistently applied throughout all materials
  • Present work and implement feedback from stakeholders
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready files according to required specifications
  • Review and approve proofs
  • Collaborate with print vendors and manufacturers to confirm specifications, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality output
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation related to pre-press and production workflows

Requirements

  • Degree with an emphasis on Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of working experience, with focus in medical device industry
  • Proven pre-press production experience, including preparing print-ready files, performing pre-flight checks, and resolving print-related issues
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience working with detailed print specifications and vendor requirements
  • Experience participating in the iterative design process
  • Knowledge of UX design process preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Preferred : Experience working in the medical device industry

Salary base range for this position is between $65K to $75K, dependent upon experience and physical location. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the base salary.
