Graphic Designer

About the Role Aura is a new-age agricultural estate in the hills of Sunkasaleh, growing coffee & tea with sustainable, bio-dynamic and eco-conscious practices. We want a designer who can translate that world into bold, fresh, youthful visuals and mindfully blends design craft with AI-assisted creativity. If you love clean layouts, earthy aesthetics, modern branding — and enjoy using tools like Midjourney, Imagen, Firefly, or Figma AI to make your ideas sharper and faster — this role is perfect for you. What You’ll Do

● Create clean, modern graphics for packaging, labels, brochures, estate branding and farm storytelling.

● Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Figma AI) to generate concept variations, patterns, illustrations, and moodboards.

● Develop visual content around coffee, tea, farming, sustainability, and the Aura lifestyle.

● Build a cohesive and consistent visual language rooted in earth tones, craft, natural textures, and clean minimalism.

● Collaborate with product teams to design packaging structures, labeling hierarchies, QR-based traceability layouts, etc.

● Support product shoots with clean layouts and brand-first art direction.

● Collaborate with the founder, farm team, and content team to shape Aura’s visual identity. Who You Are

● A young designer with a strong aesthetic eye who loves nature, earthy palettes, minimal design, and visual storytelling.

● Strong familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Adobe, Runway, Figma AI, Framer etc).

● Curious, quick, and excited to build a brand from the ground up.

● Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout systems, and brand identity design.

● Experience designing packaging for FMCG, D2C, or premium lifestyle brands is a strong plus.

● Ability to manage full design cycles independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,060.34 - ₹75,000.00 per month
