Who You Are (Not What Your Degree Says)

You're someone who sees design everywhere—not just on screens, but in the spirals of a seashell, the branching of trees, the proportions of architecture, the rhythm of music, and the flow of a conversation. You understand that great design isn't invented; it's discovered in the patterns that nature has perfected over millions of years.

You are:

• A perpetual student of mathematics, geometry, psychology, and nature—you know why the golden ratio works, not just that it works
• A builder, not just a decorator—you've created personal projects, redesigned apps that frustrated you, or crafted solutions to problems nobody asked you to solve
• Self-driven—you don't need a manager breathing down your neck; you need a problem worth solving and the freedom to solve it beautifully
• Intellectually honest—you can articulate why a design works or doesn't, backed by principle, not just preference

What You'll Do (The Real Work)

This is a mix of everything—because great products need consistent design thinking across every touchpoint:

• UI/UX Design: Craft intuitive, delightful user experiences for our product—wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and pixel-perfect interfaces
• Brand & Visual Identity: Shape how we look, feel, and communicate across all platforms
• Marketing & Communication Design: Design campaigns, landing pages, social content, and anything else that tells our story
• Collaboration: Work with a small, tight-knit team that values your input on product strategy, not just execution
• Experimentation: Try things, break things, learn things—we'd rather see you fail forward than play it safe

What We Actually Care About (Skills & Tools)Must-Haves:

• Figma proficiency (this is non-negotiable—you should be fluent, not just functional)
• A portfolio or body of work that shows self-initiated projects, real problem-solving, and design thinking (formal clients not required)
• Fundamental design knowledge: Typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy, spacing—and the ability to explain why you made certain choices
• Active creative practice: Your background shouldn't be idle—whether paid work, passion projects, redesigns, or explorations

Plus Points:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS)—not required, but bonus if you can speak developer
• Motion design or animation skills
• Photography, illustration, 3D, or other creative mediums—we love multi-hyphenate creators
