About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join the CareerNaksha Marketing team. As part of our growing design unit, you’ll help shape our visual identity, create impactful digital content, and communicate our mission through engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets for social media, email campaigns, and website content.
• Create brochures, infographics, presentations, and brand collateral.
• Assist in building visual materials for career campaigns, workshops, and webinars.
• Ensure consistency with Careernaksha’s branding and visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with content writers, marketing leads, and other team members on projects.
• Stay updated with design trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

· Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

· Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva/Figma.

· Strong sense of design, color, and typography.

· Creative mindset and attention to detail.

· Good communication and time management skills.
