Position Overview:
As a Graphics Designer at Damson Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of purposes, including packaging, social media, and other marketing collateral. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and have a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Develop creative and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to packaging, social media graphics, banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver visually impactful solutions.
• Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW Proficiency:
• Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficient in CorelDRAW for designing and editing vector graphics.
• Packaging Design:
• Create visually appealing and effective packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance product presentation.
• Work closely with product teams to understand packaging requirements and specifications.
• Social Media Design:
• Design eye-catching and shareable content for social media platforms, maintaining consistency with brand identity.
• Stay updated on design trends and adapt creatives to suit the preferences of various social media audiences.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in packaging design and social media graphics is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
