POSITION SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and in-store channels while ensuring brand consistency and production accuracy. This role supports marketing, merchandising, and sales initiatives through thoughtful, cohesive design and manages multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized, with strong execution skills across both digital and physical mediums.

OBJECTIVES

  • Produce high-quality digital, print, and in-store design assets that support marketing, merchandising, and sales initiatives
  • Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files that meet print and digital specifications
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to execute design needs
  • Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity and brand standards
  • Support campaign launches, promotions, and events with timely design deliverables
  • Continuously improve design processes, templates, and workflows for efficiency
  • Contribute to the evolution of the company’s visual identity through thoughtful, cohesive design

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience designing both digital and print assets
  • Adobe Creative Suite (required)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Pay: $25-30 per hour
  • Part-time 20-25 hours per week fully onsite
  • 10 company-observed holidays
